BIOGRAPHY
Yasmina Ellins is a visionary catalyst, storyteller, and musician who brings the world's most extraordinary founders, artists, investors, and cultural leaders together, expanding their influence, their possibilities, and their power to turn audacious dreams into reality.
She wasn't born magnetic. Once a painfully shy girl who hid in the library to avoid speaking to her classmates, Yasmina spent years trying to figure out how to belong. She tried everything to feel seen, from learning the Rubik's cube to becoming a magician. Then, at sixteen, she typed "how to get charisma" into Google. That search sparked a lifelong transformation, and a mission to help others feel the connection she once craved.
Today, she curates rooms most people don't know exist, including the second Royal Ball in France since the Revolution, held at the Palace of Versailles, and the Maverick NEXT Impact Award, which she co-created to bring rising entrepreneurs to Sir Richard Branson's private island for mentorship with global business icons.
People in her orbit have been mentored by an Oscar-winning director, put a national Chief of Defence on their stage, landed a dream role in a Disney movie, and made friends with a queen. Her gift is knowing exactly who belongs in a room together before they do.
She is the founder of Golden Thread Alliances, architecting strategic partnerships for visionary founders, investors, and operators building the future of education, healthcare, entertainment, finance, and technology, and Golden Thread Experiences, curating the private gatherings, castle experiences, and transformational retreats where those alliances come alive.
Yasmina is a Cambridge University graduate, a TEDx speaker, and a bestselling co-author with the Founder of Reebok. A storyteller who speaks, acts, and writes poetry and prose, and a classically trained musician and singer from the Royal College of Music, she has performed at the Pantheon in Rome and live on BBC Radio. She has learned ten languages, and her life has taken her from living with nuns in Italy to dining with royalty.
Whether through music, storytelling, or bringing the right people into the same room, Yasmina believes connection is the true catalyst for limitless impact.
Mission
To inspire billions of people to wake up each day feeling,
“I’m living my most magical life.”
A life fuelled by love, pure joy, wonder, and bold devotion to their dreams.
Yasmina is the pioneer of Exponential Relationships™ — a global shift in how visionary leaders rise — not through hustle or hard-selling, but through magnetic presence, soul-aligned connection, and deep relational mastery. Imagine a world where your energy opens doors, where trust accelerates success, and where the right relationships don’t just support your vision — they multiply it.
A master of high-trust connection, Yasmina has spent over a decade decoding what creates magnetic relationships across cultures, industries, and consciousness levels.
Her methodology draws from deep immersion in precision human dynamics (as a founding partner of a neuro-communication company), performance and charisma (as a trained actor and musician), evolutionary psychology, and spiritual alignment.
And the results speak for themselves: A visionary performed live on Sir Richard Branson’s Necker Island, a filmmaker landed an Oscar-winning mentor, an entrepreneur built a relationship with a national Chief of Defense, a leader forged ties with an African queen, and a tech founder transformed from battling suicide to building a thriving, loving community. Her clients don’t “network” — they become living magnets for their dream lives.
She's been called a luminary, a catalyst, a magnet for extraordinary people. Here's the simplest way to say it:
Yasmina Ellins is a voice for the age of connection: speaker, artist, and catalyst who reminds people what life is capable of feeling like.

Yasmina operates at the intersection of influence, artistry, connection, and legacy.
Part visionary catalyst, part relational architect, part performer who knows what makes a room come alive, Yasmina expands what leaders believe is possible, then introduces them to the people who make it real.
Expertise
People come to her when they're ready to stop chasing, and start attracting everything aligned with their highest vision.

Most meaningful collaborations don't happen at conferences. They happen when the right people meet in the right rooms, at the right moment, around shared vision.
Golden Thread Alliances curates strategic partnerships for visionary founders, investors, and operators building ventures that matter, in education, healthcare, entertainment, finance, and technology. This is invite-first work for people creating new systems, not optimising old ones. The focus is precise alignment around what will move meaningful work forward: the right capital partner, the distribution relationship that unlocks scale, the mentor who has walked the path, the operator who becomes the missing piece.
The vision: a world where heart-centred founders spend zero energy networking and all their energy creating.

Golden Thread Experiences curates access to what most don't know exists: VIP tables at the Royal Versailles Ball, gatherings on Sir Richard Branson's Necker Island, private castle experiences across Europe, transformational retreats in Peru and the Himalayas, and curated salons and dinners in the world's most beautiful rooms.
These aren't holidays. They're environments designed for one thing: putting the right people in the same room at the right moment, and letting the magic take it from there.
As former President of Maverick NEXT, Yasmina built a global network of ambitious young entrepreneurs, connecting them with seven-to-nine-figure mentors and co-creating the Maverick NEXT Impact Award — an initiative that brought rising changemakers to Sir Richard Branson’s Necker Island for transformative leadership experiences. As part of the award, her group collaborated on local community projects in the British Virgin Islands, supporting initiatives around mosquito prevention, clean water access, and sustainable waste solutions.

Today, she serves as a Venture Scout for EWOR, where she helps identify and amplify breakthrough ventures tackling the world’s most pressing problems. Known for her ability to spot brilliance and build powerful alliances, she bridges the gap between visionary founders, funders, and high-impact opportunities.

A dedicated vegan since the age of 18, Yasmina served as President of the Cambridge University Vegan Society, where she spearheaded campaigns for sustainable food systems and plant-based awareness. Her lifestyle reflects her values — she practices daily meditation, yoga, energy healing, and mindfulness as a foundation for wellbeing and purpose-led leadership.
Her service work extends beyond boardrooms and summits. Yasmina has volunteered in elderly care homes — offering companionship, listening to stories, and performing piano concerts to lift spirits. She’s worked with children with special needs, supported fundraising efforts for refugees through the National Citizen Service (NCS), and volunteered with the Spinal Injuries Association.
Watch my Ted Talk
Yasmina Ellins is a captivating storyteller and international keynote speaker who electrifies audiences with a rare fusion of soul, strategy, and stage command.
Yasmina is an expander. People don't just leave her keynotes inspired, they leave and revamp their lives: they stop tolerating what's out of alignment and start moving, with real tactics and real fire, toward the life they came here to live.
A TEDx speaker and classically trained performer, she treats every stage like a concert hall. Audiences don't just hear her talks, they feel them. Blending raw storytelling, emotional depth, and practical frameworks, Yasmina shows leaders how to become the person opportunity responds to naturally, collapsing years into weeks: the partnership that unlocks scale, the deal that changes everything, the introduction that rewrites a trajectory, and a life that finally feels as good as it looks.
Signature Keynote
From Invisible to Unforgettable: How Anyone Can Become the Person the Room Never Forgets The talk behind her TEDx, born from the girl who hid in the school library and grew up to build a map of how human connection actually works. No matter how shy, awkward, or overlooked you feel, you can become magnetic.
The Keynote. 30 to 60 minutes of story, strategy, and transformation (custom available on request)
The Signature Experience (optional). For events that want something no one else can offer, Yasmina can open or close the keynote at the piano or with spoken word poetry, turning the talk into a moment the audience never forgets. Samples of her piano and poetry are available on request.
Her work resonates most with:
Exponential Relationships: How to Collapse Decades Into Days The three levels of relationships (Circumstantial, Transactional, Exponential), why most people never leave level two, and how one right connection can change the trajectory of a life, a company, or a movement.
The In-Person Renaissance: Why Real Rooms Are the New Competitive Advantage We spent a decade optimising for efficiency, automation, and screens, and every industry woke up craving the same thing: presence. Why in-person gatherings, communities, and experiences are the most valuable assets of the next decade, and how leaders can build the rooms people are starving for.
Engineer Your Magic: How to Make Your Own Luck Serendipity is not chance, it's a skill. How intuition, presence, and bold asks design a life where the right people, the right rooms, and the right opportunities start finding you.
Fun. Fun. Fun.: What the Founder of Reebok Taught Me About Winning When Yasmina asked Joe Foster for his three lessons for entrepreneurs, he said "Fun. Fun. Fun." He wasn't joking. Why play outperforms hustle, and why the boldest moves of your life come from aliveness, not force.
The Right Room: Why Proximity Beats Strategy The most valuable asset in business is the right people, in the right room, at the right moment. From Versailles to Necker Island, how the most extraordinary rooms are built, how to earn your place in them, and how to create your own.
Beyond strategy and soul work, Yasmina is a creative channel — weaving emotion, energy, and vision into every form of expression.
